Refund and Return Policy

Hey Fly Girl!

We're sorry the items didn't work out for you! We'll be happy to accept your items back for a refund but we have some rules.

Items must be sent back to Kloset Fly within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for refund. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 10 days. Customer is responsible for all reshipment fees.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Changed your mind? That's ok, we won't take it personally. If you have items that just aren't fitting your style once you get them, you can return these items within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. After 10 days we will not be able to refund you but we can exchange your item for something else. Please reach out to customer support at customerservice@klosetfly.com if you need help.

Merchandise purchased via local pick up can be returned locally as well by sending an email to customerservice@klosetfly.com and waiting for confirmation on pick up date, time and location. Any item not received in good condition, free of all odors, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will not be refunded. Items may be shipped back to customer at that point however all shipping costs will be customers responsibility.
